We present visual art exhibitions, maintain a growing permanent collection, deliver educational programming, and support artists from across the region and the province.
As our Gallery Operations Manager, you will be the welcoming face of the gallery—overseeing visitor services, managing our gift shop, coordinating events and facility rentals, and supporting our financial administration. This is a key role that ensures the gallery remains open, organized, and thriving.

About the Role: Gallery Operations Manager
What You will Do
As the Gallery Operations Manager, you will:
Manage front-of-house operations and welcome visitors
Oversee and grow the Mann Art Gallery Gift Shop
Coordinate facility rentals, events, and gallery programming
Provide bookkeeping support, including payroll, CRA remittances, WCB, accounts payable/receivable, and daily financial entries
Ensure the gallery remains open, organized, and visitor-ready each day
This is a multi-functional role that blends customer service, administration, finance, retail, and event coordination.
