The Mann Art Gallery is delighted to introduce a brand-new offering in the Little Gift Shop by local artist Cathy M. Lacey. Her handcrafted Sparkle Trees are designed with creativity, community and legacy at heart, with every dollar raised going toward supporting young artists here at home.
All proceeds from the sale of Cathy’s work are donated to the Barb Lacey Memorial Fund, which provides awards for the Mann Art Gallery’s Annual High School Juried Art Show. This meaningful contribution honours Barb’s memory by celebrating and uplifting emerging artists in our region.
Sparkle Trees

Standing at the intersection of imagination and sentiment, Sparkle Trees are small, hand painted created especially for tiny spaces, active minds, sports fans, and theme-based displays. Each tree includes a wood stand, and can be turned around and personalized by clipping on a favourite photograph, making it perfect for gifting or decorating with a story.
Two editions are currently available in the Gift Shop:
General Sparkle Trees — $34
Champion Grey Cup Celebratory Sparkle Trees (Saskatchewan Rough Riders inspired) — $54
Designed for adaptability, each tree can complement a wide variety of interests—sports fans, keen imaginations, themed rooms, or a colour palette of your choosing.
Custom Requests
For those seeking something truly one-of-a-kind, Cathy also offers custom-designed Sparkle Trees, created to match colours, themes or personal interests specific to your request. These personalized creations are made on demand.
To inquire about custom orders, contact Cathy directly by call or text at (306) 941-9512.
Art that Gives Back
By bringing Sparkle Trees into the Gift Shop, Cathy continues her long-standing commitment to creating art that does more than fill a room—it gives back to community, inspires connection, and supports opportunity for young artists.
We warmly invite you to visit the Little Gift Shop. Every Sparkle Tree sold helps invest in creativity, talent, and the future of art in northern Saskatchewan.
