Please join us in giving a warm welcome to the newest members of the Mann Art Gallery team! We’re thrilled to introduce our 2025 summer students who will be working behind the scenes and on the frontlines to support our programming, collections, and community engagement. Their unique talents, fresh perspectives, and enthusiasm for the arts are already making a difference — and we can’t wait for you to meet them!
If you see these new faces around the gallery, be sure to say hello and help us make them feel at home!

Collections Assistant: Erin Paulhus
Erin is no stranger to Prince Albert — she grew up here and still calls it home, even after four years away studying in Saskatoon. She’s currently completing a master’s degree in English and is thrilled to be joining the Mann Art Gallery as our Collections Assistant this summer. Erin brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to her work, and we’re so excited to have her support in caring for and documenting our permanent collection. Welcome back to P.A., Erin!

Collections Assistant: Mikayla Tretiak
Mikayla (she/her) is joining us as a Collections Assistant with a background in conservation, sustainability architecture, a multidisciplinary visual arts and advocate for heritage. Recently, her creative practice has focused on textile reuse, printmaking, and collage. She is passionate about under consumption and how art can better our relationship with the earth. When she’s not making art or studying, you’ll probably find her outdoors, looking for birds and bugs. We’re so excited to have her thoughtful and creative presence at the gallery this summer!

Art Education Assistant: Gordon Burns Jr.
Gordon is currently in his fourth year of the Saskatchewan Native Teacher Education Program (SUNTEP) at the University of Regina. Born and raised in Prince Albert, Gordon is passionate about the local community and is excited to dive into the activities and art education programming at the gallery. Outside of work, you can find him enjoying a round of golf or watching hockey with friends and family. We’re thrilled to have Gordon on board to support our summer art camps and public programming!
