People's Choice Award Goes To...

Caroline Van Dyck's Bison

The 50th Annual Winter Festival Art Show and Sale has come to an end, and that means it’s time to announce the winner of the Guy Rutter Memorial / People’s Choice Award.

This year’s winner, as chosen by public vote, is Caroline Van Dyck for her tempered and stained glass artwork, Bison. Congratulations, Caroline!

Visitors this year truly loved this piece, and we received many comments expressing appreciation for it in particular. We had a feeling it would be a winner! It’s wonderful to see this award go to an artwork that was so clearly and unanimously loved by the Prince Albert community and to see it recognized for its achievement.

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the show this year. And of course, a heartfelt thank you to all the sponsors of the exhibition and awards, the participating artists, and our volunteers—without whom this show would not be possible.
