From the Earth – Free Art Day
Sunday, September 21 · 10 AM – 3 PM
Join us at the Mann Art Gallery for From the Earth, a free drop-in art day with Gallery Educator Lana Wilson! This hands-on day invites everyone—families, friends, and solo creators alike—to explore their creativity using natural materials.
We’ll be building landscapes and habitats with wood, clay, and other earthy elements, taking inspiration from our current exhibition The Circle and the Dot by Laura Hosaluk. Laura’s work features rich, organic materials like wattle and daub, willow branches and roots, clay, and mud—perfect sparks for your own creations.
Come by anytime between 10 AM and 3 PM, roll up your sleeves, and create something beautiful from the earth. Mark your calendars, bring a friend (or make a new one here), and spend the day connecting with nature, art, and community. We can’t wait to see you!
