Pickup of Winter Festival Art Show & Sale Artwork - 2 weeks Dear Winter Festival Art Show & Sale artists and purchasers, Thank you once again for your participation in the 44th Annual WFAS, and thank you as well for your patience and understanding as the City of Prince Albert and MAG staff determined a timeframe and method to reduce our risk of COVID-19 transmission during the pickup process. With 135 artworks in the exhibition, many from out-of-town artists, this will be a significant undertaking as we do our best to keep everyone as safe as possible while coordinating an efficient process. Thank you for helping us prioritize everyone's health. In consultation with the City of Prince Albert (Facilities), WFAS art pickup may take place over the next two weeks under the following conditions, while the Mann Art Gallery remains closed to the public: Date & Time
Pickup between these dates: Friday, May 22 – Friday, June 5 (2 weeks)
Times: Tuesday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm, and Saturdays, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
No pickup times on Sunday or Monday unless by special arrangement
We encourage you to arrange to pick up your works during these times to facilitate staff scheduling. In the event that neither you, nor any friends or family, can pick up the art during these times, please email the gallery at email@example.com and suggest some alternative dates and times. We understand that many people have health and travel constraints, and we will find an accommodation solution.
In the event that a friend or family member is picking up your artwork for you, please notify the gallery by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) stating your name and name of the person who is picking up. If that person was already designated for pickup on your original entry form, you do not need to notify us again.
